He has been honored as a National McSam Award Winner, National MIRM Award Winner, Sales Professional of the Year, Sales Manager of the Year, and earned the Presidential Sales and Marketing Manager of the Year for Sales in Excess of $50 Million Dollars. Prior to opening The Right Realty Team, Russ had been awarded Division Manager of the Year five times.

Russ has extensive knowledge of finance, and exemplary negotiating skills. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie School with a Masters in Marketing, Skilled Negotiator. In addition he has earned a Master in Residential Marketing, completed Pilot Certification, and Leadership Training. He also has Management Training as a Community Connectivity Volunteer, he is a Special Olympics Aquatics Volunteer, a Jewish Family Services Volunteer, and does Trinity Ministry to the Poor.
